Payton Mattingly

People say things like he was the best cat or dog all the time! I have to say with 100% certainty that this is true for Payton!

 

He was a family favorite, vet favorite, groomer favorite and I have to admit my favorite! He did no wrong! Never getting on counters, never destroying anything, never biting anyone and never having an accident. He was beyond friendly and loved everyone! At 19 years old we could share so many memories with him. The void in our house is so big I can’t even explain how much he is going to be missed.

 

To my Payton (my kiikii) people say how lucky you were to be picked out of a group of kittens by us 19 years ago but I say lucky us. We are the lucky ones to have had the opportunity to love you and to have you love us back for so many years. That is what makes this goodbye so hard! You were the absolute best cat ever and until we meet again feel free to visit me in my dreams and be a good boy!
